How do I purchase or place an order on your website?

Simply choose the item you wish to purchase and click “add to cart” then go to your cart and follow the easy steps from there.

What does it cost to send me products?

All freight is $7 NZD Nationwide.  If you purchase  over $110 NZD your freight is FREE.

What if my product is Faulty or I wish to return an item?

Should your product meet our criteria for return & Exchange simply read and follow our process for returns located on our terms and conditions page.(Nik Nax Policy on Returns & Exchanges(9))

What are my payment options?

Our payment options are Visa & Mastercard or Afterpay. For more information please read our 'payment processes' option (7.)  located on our terms and conditions page.

Are your prices GST Inc and NZD?

Yes, all prices shown are NZD inclusive GST only

How long does delivery of my purchases take?

Once the product has been sent from our warehouse there is a 1-3 delivery time depending on your geographical location.

When orders are placed with Nik Nax, when will it be sent?

All items will be sent from Nik Nax within 1 business day of your order being placed.
